Our bar transfer system powder curing ovens are high efficiency and professional gas fired , diesel or electric ovens and are designed specifically for powder coating.
Our powder coating batch ovens are available in many standard sizes (custom sizes available on request) and is the ideal choice for powder curing applications. Powder coating ovens feature combination airflow arrangement which provides uniform air distribution along the entire length of the work chamber resulting in quality cured finishes and optimum cure cycles.
We can custom make ovens to any size and configuration.
FEATURES OF THE BAR TRANSFER SYSTEM
- Contactless transfer technology: This transfer system allows painted parts to be transported from the paint booth to the oven without manual handling. It reduces the risk of fingerprints or physical damage to zero, especially on parts where a precise surface finish is required.
- Economical Alternative to "Power & Free" Systems: Compared to fully automatic and quite expensive "Power & Free" (continuously rotating chain lines) systems, it is a much more cost-effective solution. Because rails and manual push/pull force (or partial automation) are used instead of complex chain mechanisms, installation and maintenance costs are low. Medium-sized companies prefer this system in production. However, the important thing here is to provide a system suitable for the production capacity of the companies.
- Flexibility and Dwell Time: It is stated that the independent movement of each bar in this system provides the operator with "dwell time" flexibility. That is, thick parts that need to stay in the oven for a longer time and thin parts that bake quickly can be managed on the same line without interfering with each other.
- Space Saving (High Capacity in Limited Areas): This system, which allows materials to be arranged side-by-side in a zigzag or parallel pattern in workshops with limited space, can be presented to customers as a "highly space-efficient solution".
