Product Description
Cyclone-type powder coating booths combine speed and cost savings in your production line, minimizing your operating costs with high recovery efficiency. Thanks to advanced centrifuge technology, they separate excess paint that doesn't adhere to the part at rates up to 98%, making it available for reuse. Designed especially for facilities with frequent color changes, these systems reduce cleaning times to minutes, preventing production interruptions. With its durable structure and low maintenance requirements, it is the ideal solution for sustainable and high-quality painting processes.
In this system, powder paints that don't adhere to the material are collected in a paint reservoir by the cyclone suction unit connected to the booth. The paints collected in the reservoir are recovered manually or automatically and reused.
Paint booths are designed for single-direction or double-direction painting, either manually or with an automatic robot. The capacity and dimensions of the cyclone suction unit vary depending on the booth size and the number of paint guns.
Generally, the operation of the cyclone unit is as follows:
The cyclone operates on the principle that the centrifugal force of the suction air causes the paint powder particles to rub against the cyclone walls, reducing their speed and causing them to settle. The cyclone unit consists of two separate sections: the main cyclone body and the filter group. The suctioned air is filtered through the filter group and then released into the paint shop environment.
