The design of the powder coating curing oven is tailored to the dimensions, thickness, type of material to be powder coated, and the capacity of the product to be painted, according to the factory space you provide.
The ovens are designed as straight tunnel type or internally U-turn tunnel type, and we also have different design types available.
The ovens are fueled by electric, diesel, or gas burners with a thermoblock system. The heating unit used is made of high-quality stainless steel. In electric ovens, it is also made of specially manufactured stainless steel resistance units. Special air circulation fans are used in the heating units.
High-efficiency fan and duct systems, specially designed for the oven air curtains, are used. In this way, oven heat losses are minimized.
